Ingredients

  • Olive oil 1 oz
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of onion slices
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peppers
  • 1/4 cup of spinach
  • 1/4 cup of chopped potato
  • 1/4 cup of chopped shrimp
  • For decoration use chopped parsley.

Recipe

First break the five eggs and stir them, reserve them until we will need it.

In a frypan add the olive oil and the chopped potato stir until the potato gets brown and reserve them until we need it again. In the same frypan add all the vegetable and shrimp and stir until the shrimp is cooked. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and serve it with caution on the frypan. Put it on low heat, wait 5 minutes and using a plate, cover the frypan and turn it over, once this process is done returns your bajamed tortilla to the frypan until it gets cooked and serve it.
