Ingredients

  • 7 oz fresh tuna
  • 7 oz spicy crab, surimi or tampico crabmeat dressing
  • 1 cucumber
  • ¼ avocado

Recipe

Cut 10 thin slices of tuna (approximately 7 oz) and lay out on a plate.

Cut 10 thin slices of avocado.

Top each tuna slice with spicy crab, surimi or tampico crabmeat dressing, cover with a piece of avocado and roll.

Serve with orange dressing and serranito sauce over a bed of cucumber noodles.
