From May 5-7 the sixth edition of Gastrovino Festival will be held in the Magical Town of Todos Santos, event that honors the culinary abundance of Baja Sur. Visitors will have the chance to taste the delicious local gastronomy paired with the best domestic wines.
As in the last years, Hotel California will be hosting The White Ball, a magic night full of elegance, masks and nymphs performing with live music. Likewise, a blind wine tasting will be held at Jazamango where there will be up to 12 different wines, and of course, the already famous Gastrotour, that will take participants throughout the most exquisite corners of Todos Santos guaranteeing the delight of all the attendees.
Outstanding chefs and renowned wine houses will present their different labels of white, pink, sparkling and red wines and it will be the public who decides the favorite ones, the participant wineries are: LA Cetto, Camou, Santo Tomás, Alximia, Cava Maciel, Vinos Shimul & Vinart, and JC Bravo and Retorno to be confirmed.
As it is tradition, Gastrovino organizes an auction with donated articles from the local community, entrepreneurs, local merchandises and artists aiming to support local institutions La Palapa Society of Todos Santos and to the restoration of the San Juan Park.
